Materials
3 large tomatoes, cut tight to 8, each
1 cucumber, sliced (if you take the non-tender skin)
1 green pepper sliced into rings
1 red onion, sliced
10 kalamata olives, preferably without the kernel
150 grams feta cheese cut into small cubes
2 tablespoons vinegar
oil equivalent (not to swim)
salt
oregano
Execution:
In a bowl add the tomatoes, cucumber, pepper, onion, olive oil, salt, stir everything together and decorate the salad with cheese, olives and oregano. [feta cheese] and olive KALAMON
